Kindly note that there will be no access to Hadspen House (Including the Botanical Rooms) or the Spa due to planned refurbishments during this time.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, where a minimum two weeks’ notice is provided, a refund will be arranged upon request, where a minimum of 72 hours' notice is provided, we will gladly hold any payment as credit to enable you to re-arrange your stay. Offer may not be available on the new stay dates.
Should the booking be cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, or in the event of non-arrival or early departure, full cancellations charges will apply.
