Live Well Retreat: Balance
As a self-guided retreat you can set your own pace, choose from menus designed to nourish and fulfil, and explore the estate and spa at your leisure. The Newt’s complimentary daily walks, yoga sessions and outdoor pursuits will be running alongside the retreat. Feel free to join in as much (or as little) as you like.

- Introduction to wellbeing by Valentina Marzola of AIRENA – discover how breath influences mood, focus and stress.
- Breathwork session by AIRENA – a guided journey combining breath, music and visualisation.
- Breakfast at leisure
- Guided Cold Dip & Sauna session with The Newts’ Chris Giles – from plunge pool to sauna, experience invigoration at the spa.
- Kombucha Workshop with chef and grower Gaz Oakley – create fizzing concoctions to take home with Gaz as your guide.
- Lunch included at Farmyard Kitchen or Botanical Rooms
- Introduction to Ayurveda with The Newt’s Sarah Stocker-Harding – ‘The Three Pillars Of Health’ talk blends ancient wisdom with real-world applications.
