Live Well Retreat: Move
As a self-guided retreat you can set your own pace, choose from menus designed to nourish and fulfil, and explore the estate and spa at your leisure. The Newt’s complimentary daily walks, yoga sessions and outdoor pursuits will be running alongside the retreat. Feel free to join in as much (or as little) as you like.

- Introduction to fitness and movement with The Newts’ Chris Giles – hear Chris’s take on the power of movement to refresh and inspire.
- Breathwork Session with The Newts’ Chris Giles – a gentle walk followed by breathwork and meditation in the studio.
- Flow Yoga with Loren Barclay – a strength, flexibility and mental clarity focused flow.
Day 2
- Breakfast at leisure
- Qigong with Arron Thomas – head outdoors for a gentle, flowing practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine.
- Introduction to running with Tracksmith followed by led movement across the estate – find motivation and self-belief with your fellow runners.
- Lunch included at any of our estate restaurants
- 1:1 movement sessions with Tracksmith – improve your form, set intentions and boost your mental game.
- Yin Yoga with Loren Barclay – slow and sedate, Yin Yoga connects mind, body and breath.
- Breakfast at leisure
- Estate movement session with Tracksmith – head out with the experts for a final run, jog or stroll.
- Cold Dip experience with The Newts’ Chris Giles – bring the weekend to a close with a bracing dip in the lake.
