- Kindly note that dogs are not permited on the estate
- Please ensure that bookings are made for the correct number of people, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accomodate additonal guests
- Full payment is taken at the time of booking
- Cash is not accepted at the hotel or on the estate, all major credit/debit cards are accepted
Standard Cancellation Policy
- Bookings may be cancelled up until 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
- Where a minimum of 14 days notice is provided, hotel credit or a refund will be provided, at the discretion of the guest
- Where a minimum of 72 hours notice is provided, hotel credit will be offered
- Where less than 72 hours’ notice of cancellation is provided full cancellation charges will apply and payment will be forfeited.
Christmas, New Year & Special Event Cancellation Policy
- Bookings may be cancelled up until two weeks prior to the arrival date.
- Where a minimum of 14 days notice is provided, hotel credit will be provided
- Where less than 14 days notice of cancellation is provided full cancellation charges will apply and payment will be forfeited.
Rates and restrictions are subject to change and like for like re-booking is not guaranteed.
