- Kindly note that dogs are not permited on the estate
- Please ensure that bookings are made for the correct number of people, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accomodate additonal guests
- Full payment is taken at the time of booking
- Cash is not accepted at the hotel or on the estate, all major credit/debit cards are accepted
Standard Cancellation Policy
- Bookings may be cancelled up until 72 hours prior to the arrival date.
- Where a minimum of 14 days notice is provided, hotel credit or a refund will be provided, at the discretion of the guest
- Where a minimum of 72 hours notice is provided, hotel credit will be offered
- Where less than 72 hours’ notice of cancellation is provided full cancellation charges will apply and payment will be forfeited.
Christmas, New Year & Special Event Cancellation Policy
- In the event of cancellation prior to 1st September deposit may be used as hotel credit or refunded upon request.
- In the event of cancellation after 1st September and prior to 1st November, 50% charges will apply.
- In the event of cancellation after 1st November, 100% charges will apply.
Any request to cancel or amend a booking must be submitted in writing to reservations@thenewtinsomerset.com
